Order Picking process went wrong

Hi Folks

The attached model simulates a simple order picking process. The operator will pick 24 items on his way to the combiner. However, whenever I set minimum dwell time below 1, the operator will skip couple racks (orders from component lists), pick up the rest of items and go back to the start point to pick up those he skipped. If I set the dwell time to 1, everything goes perfectly fine but I want this simulation to start at time 0. (I think minimum dwell time might not be the only reason).

Run the model with a warmup time. Let the operator begin his work after the warmup time finishes.
