How can I create the various patient type like HC 5.3.10?

I want to use the child patient like girl and boy in the HC 5.3.10. How can I do it?

When I tried it in item bin, I found it could be not selected.

We are working on making some bone animated children shapes, but they aren’t in 19.2 yet, sorry.

Children shapes were added in version 20.0.
