Processor problems

Hello, I have two questions about the processor, one is that my processor(KW_FV) the maximum content is 3, it deals with the custom A order 3 and finish them, but there is an error deals with the custom B order 2, I don't know what's the problem? The other problem is the processor (FQ_MC), when operator transports the source to the Sear_1, but the Customer didn't on entry, so how could I have a rule if the custom arrives the Seat_1 then operator could transport the source?

Anyone can help me?

Thank you very much.

This is my file: 2.fsm

Hi @Jeng SY,

When you set the Processor to use an operator and set its max content to something greater than 1, you get a warning message that indicates this logic will not function properly. You will need to do one of two things:

1) Don't pick an operator

OR

2) Create 3 processors and set each one's max content to 1

For the second part of your question, I think I understand, but I want to clarify. When a customer arrives at Seat_1, you want to trigger an operator to move the contents of Seat_1 to the sink. Is that correct?

I would recommend using Process Flow for the second part of your question (and most of the model) because you can have "On Entry" triggers in Process Flow that create tokens, then those tokens acquire resources and perform the specific tasks you need. Have you used Process Flow before?

@Jeng SY, Maybe you never thought about it, but there are tutorials in the user manual of FlexSim. You find it in the program in the main menu under help or at the site docs.flexsim.com.
