I am trying to simulate a operator filling up a conveyor with boxes then processing them on a processor until the conveyor is empty. How do I simulate this?
Here is a model with what I believe you are asking for. You can connect the operator using and S connect and select Use Transport or Use Operator in the processor settings. conveyor-to-processor-with-operator.fsm
Thank you for your help but how do I have the guy fill the conveyor and then run them though the conveyor until the conveyor is empty and then fill up the conveyor again? This one has him fill the conveyor and then process 1 and then puts 1 on the conveyor. The issue is I have a operator that loads the conveyor up to label boxes and then runs them through the processor until it is empty to minimize walking distance.
Here is an update. I used a decide function in process flow to check if the queue was empty before moving onto the next task. You might also be able to add a Station on the conveyor where the worker is at the conveyor for a certain amount of time to "labels boxes" and then moves on to the next task. conveyor-to-processor-with-operator.fsm
