Tutorial Task 1.1 - Use an Activity Error message- Creation location is invalid

I followed the instructions provided on https://docs.flexsim.com/en/19.1/Tutorials/FlexSimHC/1-1UseActivitySet/1-1UseActivitySet.html and I get the following error
FlexScript exception: cannot access up property on non-treenode Variant at MODEL:/Tools/People/Flows/Activities/Wait In Line/Already In Line?>variables/decision

I have reviewed the logic several times and the system stops after creating the first entity. Could you please give me some pointers

Hi @salvador RM,

It's hard for us to perform any troubleshooting without a model. If you could upload your working model, that would be a great help. The error itself unfortunately isn't enough to know what's going wrong.

Once you've uploaded your model, we'll take a look at it.

Additionally, you declared your FlexSim version in this post as 19.2.0, but the tutorial you are using is for 19.1. Which one are you actually using?
