MTBF/MTTR in certain states on custom profile?

The MTBF/MTTR has an option that will only make the event occur when the object is in a given state. As far as I'm aware, this will only work with the default state profile.

Is it possible (and easy) to make this option work with a custom state profile? There does not seem to be an option in the MTBF/MTTR interface to select which state profile it should act on.

I will make sure this idea is on the dev list. I don't think there is a way to do that right now.
