I have 12 prpocesses, with a few of them have only 60-80% first pass yield. Is there a way I can create a yield for the processor to get a better accurate output of the production line? Much appreciate your feedback. I have Flexsim 2019 Update 2.
You need more available products for each processor. You place a queue right in front of each processor and you make sure that there is ALWAYS a product available. You can be certain, if you have more products available and you produces only types where you need not a setup. That is the total opposite strategy to a modern flexible production facility with batch size of one and none queueing capacity.
