List initial content can be partitioned

List initial content have added. Is that possible to partition initial content or not possible? Any feedback on this topic

@Sudheer Reddy,

You would need to set the partition wherever it is you push the object to the list. Without your model or a sample model to look at, I can't give you a more specific answer than that.

@Jeff Nordgren Hope you understood my question. It's not about push or pull.

I'm asking before start of the simulation we can add initial content to the list as shown in the above image. Now what I'm looking is while adding initial content itself is there any possibility to partition the initial content.

Hope you are aware of this adding initial content to the list

@Sudheer Reddy,

There isn't currently a way to have initial content in partitions using the List Properties window to which you're referring. That said, there's no reason why you can't have an On Reset trigger or Source activity that occurs at time 0.00 and pushes the initial item to the list in the appropriate partitions. I've created an example to show this.

If you'd like the List Properties window to have the option to add to certain partitions, I would suggest that you post an idea regarding that functionality.
