For now, I suggest looking at the various Source Activities in Process Flow for adding a "demand" and you can review Time Tables for managing shift schedules. If you have any details or specific questions, feel free to bring them up here.

I am making a model that transports valves, it requires a certain weekly demand per valve and the supplier delivers all the raw material necessary for the week's production on Mondays at 6:00 am.

The company works 2 shifts from Monday to Friday

You can use a source to create the raw material each Monday at 6:00 AM. I set up a simple example model that does this. In the Process Flow "Source" activity, 100 items arrive every day at 6:00 AM.

The shifts can be set up using Time Tables, as I mentioned. I also incorporated a simple Time Table into the example model. The yellow operator works from 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and the blue operator works from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
