Hi @maura.m2,
You are trying to reference an invalid column name in one of your "Assign Lables" activities. I believe you meant to type "Qty" instead of "Quantity":
Additionally, you are trying to reference a label called "Rack02S" On your first decision point, but that label doesn't exist.
To see the different label-colors on your racks you need to click on the "Label Painting Tool" in the library. However, when I clicked on it, it didn't look like you had any labels painted on any of the slots. I added some dummy information to get the following:
Thanks for the reply. "Quantity" was a spelling error, I changed it but it still doesn't work. I have attached the correct model. as far as Rack02S is concerned, the process flow and the model are not complete but other racks and other picking stations are missing. for now what I would like to understand how to do is to assign my products to each slot of a specific rack and then have them picked up by the operator according to a list but I can't do it. I seem to have followed the tutorial you attached to me in another question of mine but it doesn't work. can you help me?

Hi @maura.m2
I have noticed that Qty Column in the Initial InventoryGlobal table value assigned as a string data type. So change this "Qty" Column data type value to a number.
Also, I have noticed that in the storage system you have only seven (A1 to A7) aisles but your input says more than 50 aisles. So you have to update the input value accordingly.
Let us know if you still have any doubts or problems with the model after these changes.
Thanks
Thanks to the corrections, I made them but the model still doesn't work. in reality the corridors are 69 but for now I have simulated 7. I then proceeded to modify the Italian inventory and the SKUs. MODELLO 7CORSIE+PERCORSO.fsm i also tried to use a source instead of process flow but the racks are not loaded in the right place. I am also attaching that model. modello 7 corsie+sourse+prelievo.fsm how can i find a solution? can you help me
