Would you please tell me, how did you make the bottles to flow on MFC 10 without connecting any source object, since you are sending the bottles in to sink at the start of the simulation. I did not notice any user command to create the flow items on model start.
MFC10 is generating the mass flow items and uses a randomized fill order rather than width or length first.
Can you please explain the logic behind transferring the bottles from MFC50 to MFC46. How are you making them travel in continuation(without any gap).
And also the conversion scale which you have used.
anonymous user, if you move the object sitting on top of these conveyors (BasicFR4) you'll find the transfers between MFC50 and MFC46. The model builder uses the Convert to Unit field in MassFlowTransfer1 to convert to a new mass flow unit, which changes the Fill Order from "Randomized" to "Length then Width." You can also see the conversion scale used in the transfer.
Thanks for the reply @Markus Cueva .
Can you please elaborate more on "Conversion Scale" and "Convert to Unit".
And in my model when I'm using enter transfer for Mass Flow conveyor, you can see that it's showing as "Flow unit" and "Units per Item". Are they both same?
There's no 23.0 version of this model. This model is purposefully showing new features added in FlexSim 2023 Update 1. You need to use version 23.1 or later to view this model.
