Elevator in FlexSim

I have created the following model to use elevator for different floor. I am not sure what I have missed out that the elevator is not working. Please advise me.

An additional model. How do I use the elevator to move the flowitem to another level by operator? Thanks

Just use a travel task to send the operator to the queue on the 2nd floor. operator-use-elevator_fixed.fsm

Queue1 is blocking the spot in front of the elevator where people go to call the elevator. Move Queue1 a little out of the way.
