Copying tables in 17.1

I just updated to 17.1, and noticed that I was unable to copy Global Tables using Ctrl+C as I was able to in 17.0.

Upon further inspection, it looks like Global Tables that are stored as bundles are unable to be copied with Ctrl+C, and tables that are not stored as bundles are able to be copied, but when pasted into Excel it looses it's column definitions (everything is put into one column without any delimiters)

Also, as a side note, I noticed that when you right click on a node and choose Explore->As Table, if that node contains subnodes, or if it is a bundle that contains multiple entries, then the number of subnodes, or entries, is printed to the output console

Anyone making any progress on fixing the table copying?

@phil.bobo

Has this been confirmed as a bug? And will we see a fix in the next bug release?

I can't duplicate any of this except the printing to the output console.

Hey @Matt Long, here's a link to a video that I took using the version 17.2.0 Beta that shows the same problems I was seeing before.

You'll notice that after changing the table to be bundle data, whatever was last stored on the clipboard is all that is able to be pasted, and new data from this table is unable to be put on the clipboard.

Let me know if you can't replicate this.

We'll add this to the dev list.
