Add "Rise" property to conveyor

With the new property system, dynamically modifying a conveyor system has become easier. I was just missing one property: Rise.

It looks like the variable can be set directly without finalizeSpatialChanges but it would still be nice if I could set it using setProperty or through a Property Table without having to (re)calculate the full EndLocation.
