There is no easy way to have the Transporter face the rack to which it is loading/unloading.
It is very often at an angle and doesn't look realistic. I have spent a lot of time making it work but it is not an elegant/simple/universal solution. See this post: https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/134938/how-to-make-truck-face-rack-when-loadingunloading.html

I think this should be the standard behavior of the Transporter (to face the rack at 90 degrees).
And for the TaskExecuter, it could be a choice in the Properties between: 0 degrees, 90 degrees or no preference.
