Have the name of the List update if the List name is changed. Currently if you change the name of a Global List that is located in the Toolbox, you have to manually go in and update every occurrence of that name of an Object (e.g. queue) Send To Port option in Use List of the Flow Tab. Also, the List linked to it in a Process Flow does not auto-update with a name change to the Global List in the Toolbox
