We are currently in a critical situation in this phase of our project, and we would like to know ASAP if we can visualize our performance measures with different charts other than the Box Plot, for example, a line chart or any other visual charts.

Can you show us what you're looking for? The data just looks sparse to me since you don't have many replications you can't get an idea of the shape of the response.
