White preference boxes won't go away

When I open my model, a white, blank preference box appears, but will not go away. See photo. Any ideas of how to rid of these boxes?

This is a bug in 21.1.0. You should update to 21.1.1.

You can get rid of those boxes temporarily by resetting the view (View -> Open Default Workspace), but to really fix the issue you need to update.
