I am trying to do a process flow with 2 Queue(Stock1, Stock2), 4 processors (Decapage, Etamage, Rincage1, Rincage 2), 1 Crane, and 2 operators with 3 different products(Courte, Longue, Intermediaire). So, The process starts- first the product (Courte) arrive in Stock1 then the crane and the operator will come to stock1 to load the product in crane and there will be a time delay for loading and then the crane will take the product(Courte) to Decapage for 8 minutes & after Rincage1 for 5 minutes and then Stock2 and in Stock2 operator will help to unload the product(Courte) and there will be delay. So, for product Longue from Stock1 the crane will take it to Etamage for 5 minutes then Rincage2 for 10 minutes then directly Stock2 for unloading. And the product Intermediaire from Stock1 the crane will take it to Decapage for 4 minutes, then Rincage1 for 4 minutes, then Etamage for 4 minutes, and then Rincage2 for 4 minutes. So for loading the crane from Stock1, Operator1 will help, and for unloading the crane in Stock2, Operator2 will help and there will be Delay for both loading and unloading. I tried to do it in process flow but the model isn't working and I made many errors and now kind of lost. Please have a look at my model I attached here. Any help would be appreciating. Thank you.
