Double Cycle and Single Cycle in ASRS Simulation

Hello all,

In ASRS running, sometimes the stacker only bing box from enter and didn't pick box to exit, then bing box form enter again, this is single cycle

Another statues is stacker bing box from enter and pick box to exit, then repeat the process again, this is double cycle

When we make the simulation in flexsim, if boxes is available, the stacker of ASRS always do the double cycle

So my question is how to set the stacker of ASRS to do the simualtion in 30% single cycle and 70% double cycle

My flexsim version is 19.0.0

I think the best way to do this is to use a process flow. Please see the image below:

In this model, you push everything that arrives onto a list. Then, your process flow creates a single token that will follow the left path 30% of the time, and the right path 70% of the time.
