Is the 60 seconds rule cumulative or only per job?

It's rule cumulative. The processtime is not the same, like 10s,20s,30s,40s,50s.Thanks!

That is a feature of MTBF/MTTR tool. You can apply the count of time to a state or set of states for each member individually. You apply the time before failure only to the state “processing”. First Failure and Mean Time Before Failure is each 60 seconds, Time to Repair is 20 seconds. You call On Down the associated Operator of the Member at centerObject[1].

Naturally you exchange the down state to scheduled down or just break.

I had tried to use MTBF/MTTR tool. And operator only stop instead of going to Shape2. If you have other advices or questions. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi,

If you use MTBF/MTTR tool. You need to change Down Function Logic.

You can also consider using Time Table tool.It has similar logic to what you need. Here are the Settings :

Last, you can also try the Processflow tool .There are similar cases to learn from.
