Full Picking Line process

R1_simulation.fsmPls instruct me how to simulate the picking line system.

02 line (free roller conveyor) is operated by operation 1 & 2. OP push empty-tote along conveyors to pick goods and come back start point. OP1 & OP2 collect picked-tote at Queue 1 & 2
OP11 & OP21 put picked-tote to automation conveyor. The conveyor should be accumulate with stop 1.44m. Line 1 supply to OP3&4. Line 2 supply to OP3&4&5&6.
Picked-tote stop at OP, OP take it by hand and put on tile table for check goods
After check goods put on inspected-tote and convey to Queue 3. The conveyor should be accumulate with stop 1.44m.

There aren’t any free roller conveyors in FlexSim. Conveyors are active elements. They behave as motorized conveyors. You want them to behave similar to a table, passive: just keep boxes and let boxes be pushed and then those boxes should be physical objects which can collide but not intersect. You can do this in FlexSim but you must implement a conveyor controller which reacts on states of operators. Behind this management is an motorized conveyor system, which works even if there aren’t any operators available.
But you can imitate your wanted behavior. You let carry operators boxes, but those boxes aren’t on a conveyor. The conveyor is only a shape without a function for the operator.
