ASRS not taking full capacity

Hi,

I once created a model with 3 asrs where i needed to pick 4 boxes in the rack and then come to the frontzone, That worked perfectly

Now i copied those 3 to make 12 miniload, but the last 9 do not do that at all, they pick one box at a time.

What did i do wrong that the copies doe not do that anymore?

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. Are you using a process flow to control the ASRS or connections in the 3d model? Did the maximum get properly copied to the new vehicles? Are there actually enough items for them to pick up?
