Divider for only specific groups

I am trying to add dividers for specific groups in the model and would like to know how one can achieve this. Eg: I want a divider that allows "big trucks"(one group) to be blocked, but allow "small trucks"(one group)) to pass that route. Is this even possible?

You can add a conditional rule to the divider. In the attached model, I made a new rule called Group1 Only which blocks anyone who is not a member of Group1.
