Scenario chart does not show results in the dashboard

Hi all,

I have multiple scenario charts in the dashboard and each of them either is related to a calculated table or is a sample of a chart.

I was running the model through Experimenter and Optimizer and after some point, they do not show anything even if I set them up from the beginning. How should I find what caused this and how can I solve that?

Thanks!

Hi @maryam.h2,

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

Proprietary models can be posted as a private question visible only to FlexSim U.S. support staff. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.

Hello @Maryam H2,

After going through your model a few times, it appears that some of the scenario charts function properly after you run an experiment, but some of them remain blank as you said, and I'm not sure what's causing it.

Would you be willing to make your post a private post and upload your model in this post, so some of my colleagues with more experience on this matter can also take a look at it? Thanks!

I couldn't make this a private post, how should I?

For now, I'll create a new private one.
