Dell Latitude 5510 does not display the FlexSim model screen

Since it is related to customer information, it is set to private.

The Dell Latitude 5510 used by our customers does not display the FlexSim model screen.

I can see the library and quick properties.

Is there an effective workaround for this?

This is an issue with your graphics driver. Please see these identical Q&As:

Please upgrade your graphics driver to the latest version provided by your graphics vendor (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) or your computer manufacturer (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc). It is not enough to just use whatever graphics driver that Windows Update provides, as that driver is often months, or even years old.

This and other graphics suggestions can be found in our article Graphics Compatibility - Common Problems and Solutions.

If you need further guidance, please comment back with a screenshot from your Help > About FlexSim popup screen. This includes additional system and graphics info that may help us find a solution.
