How to set 8 hours time frame for each lots?

Hi all, i want to set maximum 8 hours time frame for each different lots. I have 3 different lots and would like to set the setup and process time for each lot finish within 8 hours time frame. Each lot have to go through from SOP to reflow oven and finished within 8 hours time frame. Can flexsim software tell user on which line i can run this lots?19 OCT.fsm

FlexSim can’t do this. You can try to build experiments which test your model with variations of different waiting times in queues and storage areas. Each variation may change possible different routings of your lots.
Another approach is testing different inputs of your lots in your model to keep them stay in your time limit.

You can combine those experiments and use the optimizer to keep only results meeting your conditions.
But telling FlexSim just to keep a time limit and not setting up variations of input sequence and routing conditions is not possible.
