Hi @立洲 ,

It appears that the Excel Import/Export is working as it should. However, in your Excel files, the date/time is not formatted correctly to import into FlexSim. In your Excel files, you are indicating the start date as 110/05/09 instead of 2021/05/09, so FlexSim doesn't recognize the date properly. In order to import the data properly into Excel, you will need to update the date/time format in your Excel spreadsheets.

Hi @立洲,

I was able to modify your Excel file and your model to import the correct data for your patient arrivals. I did a bit of a workaround in the Excel file by finding the amount of time in seconds that had elapsed since the model start time and using that as the time to import. Then, in the Arrivals table, I selected the option "From Time 0," so it counted from the model start time being time 0, then counted from there.

Also, in the Excel Import/Export tool, you need to specify the correct sheet of the Excel workbook. I have the values I'm using on "Sheet5" of my file, so I inputted that in the options for the import.
