Not in a visually appealing way, as far as I'm aware. At least not without a lot of work setting up custom animations.
If the visual part is not important, you can of course acquire two staff and have the second one move with the gurney. An easy way to do this, would be to move one of the staff "into" the gurney, so it is automatically moved together with it. After the transport is done, move them out of it again.
Another option is just to pass both staff into the Staff field of the Transport Patient activity. This is much simpler, but doesn't position the 2nd staff at the end of the bed.
