Staff Discharge Rate per Hour while Excluding Off-shift Members

Hi there,

How I can create a table chart using a statistic collector that keeps track of the on-shift staff members and update their discharge rate (total discharges) per hour at the end of each hour by adding a row.

How I can create this table chart to show if they are on-shift or off-shift?

I am attaching a simple model here.

Is this similar to what you're looking for?

I've used an assign labels activity in the Patient Flow to show how many patients each RN sees.

This label resets every hour.

The chart in the Dashboard shows the value of this label every hour for each RN.

There are some assumptions for this model that may not be true for other models. For instance, the label increments each time a staff releases the patient, so in model where there the patient is seen by multiple staff, these labels may not add up to the actual number of discharged patients.

Another note, this chart shows all the RN's, and doesn't exclude those that are off-shift. Is there a reason why you want to only see on-shift RN's? It could be problematic if we exclude off-shift staff, because staff could go off-shift before the chart updates and would not show correct data.

For some reason I cannot open your model, I'm getting the error below, would you mind resend it?

I understand the problem of off-shift members. I think if I can find another way if I could look at the chart and its assumptions.

Thanks, regarding that assumption you mentioned, does it mean that when the patient goes through say three care pathways (RN, Physician, RN) the increment will be 3 in that case?
