dispatcher vs process flow

Please help! Let's assume you have operators (task executer) go between processers and multiple sinks. I want to do 3 things. First scenario: I want the operators to set on the chair after delivering the package for 5 sec to the processer without using the dispatcher. Second scenario to replace the first: I want to replace it by going to have a tea break by setting down every 2 hrs without dispatcher. I have other questions that might be related or not: I want them to switch between machines regardless of the items there (e.g. first queue, then second queue) with the existence of the dispatcher connection. control_operator2.fsm

You can solve your three issue only using 3D standard dispatcher not using Process Flow.

Second issue is able to solved easily using shift pattern setting. Why do you use process flow?
