Time Travel

Saludos,

¿Es posible establecer la duración del tiempo de viaje de los operarios de un lugar a otro mediante un intervalo de tiempo o bien que el operario tarde caminando desde la cola hasta el procesador de 1 a 3 minutos?

Hello @Santiago T2, typically in FlexSim the time it takes for an operator to move from one point to another is measured in the speed of the operator and not the time it takes to get from one place to another. If you want to change the time it takes for the operator to move from the queue to the processor then I would recommend updated the Max Speed, Acceleration, or deceleration of the operator. All of those values can be accessed in the operators properties under travel. If you would like to change the speed dynamically, or give the operator a different speed depending on what the operator is doing then using custom code might be a good option as well to change its speed.
Here is a link to a question that explains how to change an operators speed using custom code.

How can I change the speed of a transporter and an operator?

No, it is not possible. As you know operator parameters are speed, acceleration and deceleration. You can empirical assume how long at a distance a travel lasts. Then you can adjust speed, acceleration and deceleration. You can also set medium values for parameters which take him to his destination in a shorter time and adjust the unloadtime parameter that his travel time lasts long enough.
