How to make operator stop feeding from the source to itemtofluid machine

Hi!

I want that when fluidtoitem machine is full, the operator stop put flowitem from the source in the itemtofluid machine. Now, what it is happening is that operator is continuously putting flowitem from the source in the itemtofluid machine regardless of whether the fluidtoitem machine is full or not. I put the maximun content equal to one in both machines to try to establish it, but without success. The properties of these two machines are also below.

Thank you!

Hi @Joana Fpds,

I made an example model that demonstrates what you want to achieve. I made the task to transport the items from FluidToItem a higher priority than the other transport task. In addition, I added trigger logic to close the output ports on the Queue, so that the operator only grabs the items from the FluidToItem object.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions!

Hi @Ryan Clark ! Thank you in advance for your answer! However, I made a mistake and my version is 21.2.4, so I can't open the example you sent, since it is a later version than the one I have. I have already edited the question and put the correct version. However, I tried to added trigger logic to close the output ports on the Queue and the operator stop after he transports first time, what is not what I want... I want that he transport a item from Queue to ItemtoFluid only when this is empty.

Hi @Joana Fpds,

I copied the model over to Version 21.2.4, so you should be able to open it this time.

Take a look at the model, and feel free to let us know if you have further questions.

Hi @Ryan Clark .

On the model, I think that the operator is yet putting itens to ItemtoFuid even when the FuidtoItem is full. Isn't what the yellow bar mean (figure below), i.e., that the FluidtoItem is full? I thought that the maximum content=1 also was one way to restrict the items that are put in ItemtoFuid...

Thanks!questao.png
