Dashboard to Display No. of Seats Taken in a Waiting Room Throughout the Day

Hello, I'm about to build a model for one of our clinical satellite locations. The main take away of the model will be to understand the max number of seats taken in the Waiting Room throughout the day. What would be the best Dashboard to display this information?

Thank you!

Hi @Jaidit J,

I created a sample model to show what I think you're looking for. I just used the Chart Template for Census vs Time on a Location, and then created a Calculated Table to get the maximum of the Census in that chart's data. I then used a Base Chart Type template to display the max census from the Calculated Table.

max-census-example-rc.fsm

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions!

Hi @Jaidit J,

You create the Calculated Table by going to the Toolbox and adding a new Tool. Go to Statistics>Calculated Table.

@Ryan Clark once created, how do I set it up to read the census? It's my first time using these tools and I'm not sure..
