Having an Error when escorting the patient to a Healthcare Subwait area

Hello,

I keep getting an error with my model when trying to get the Nurse to escort the patient from the IV start to the Subwait waiting area for the CT process. The Nurse fails to go with the patient and coming back. I made sure I tagged the same Nurse who performed the IV start, but it's not working. Can someone help? thank you! Tampa_Satellite_2nd_floor_JJ.fsm

The Staff field of the Escort Patient activity in the Going to CT Subwait Room is blank. You need to click on the sampler next to the Staff field and then sample the RN* block.
