How can you calculate the probability of something appearing using the console? For example, the probability of complete or partial processing of an item! Thanks in advance!

I am not sure exactly how to provide an answer for you because I do not fully understand what you have implemented in FlexSim.
FlexSim has a tool to determine the correct statistical distribution (Distribution Chooser). FlexSim can use distributions to decide things such as time an item is processed.
You may want to check that the model is behaving close to what you expect and want to see the distribution of what ports items exit from. You can see a sample model demonstrating that below.
