How to make sure that the forklift stops at a particular side of combiner?

Output1 (online-video-cutter.com) (1).mp4

The video here shows the forklift travels further than the point where he needs to unload it. I want it to stop where the tote is unloaded.

@Jason Lightfoot the answer was partially helpful. Made all those changes in the model that you suggested. But it looks like with all those changes, sometimes it's not following the rule and crossing the dividers. If you would like to hop on a Zoom call according to your availability it would be great.

You don't say which type of travel you're using Astar, Network or Default. You can read about key travel concepts here. The one over which you have most control is using a network path.

@Jason Lightfoot I am using A*Navigator.

In that case you could try using TravelToLoc and/or PickOffset task types. If you try those and still don't like it then try a different navigator type or post the model here and we can see what's happening.

I am currently not using a process flow. Is there a way I can do it without the processflow

A* travel was turned off to prevent unwanted load/unload offset travel near a machine. It's possible that the offset travel setting could be set dynamically before the machine un/load activity while retaining the A* as the main navigator.
