It's the syntax you have in the expression field of the list - the value you put on the list (MD1,2,3) doesn't have that label ChatStaffName. Also - iff it was a label - you could select that as the field option instead of using the expression field.

Yes, you are right. But if I select label option, it doesn't have field to retrieve the value.

Can you suggest me what to do exactly to avoid error?

You just enter the label name and it looks on the listed object for that label.


To avoid the error you need to add the label to you MD objects
