potential bug with stop()in FlexScript

I've added some code in the OnRunStart trigger that should stop the model run with stop() based on certain conditions. It works normally, but doesn't stop the run if I've been stepping through the code after a breakpoint.

Yes this looks like a bug - thanks for pointing it out. For now, use the StopSimulation button if you want to stop the model after debugging,
