If I add the input data for production plant such as cycle time and create a process flow simulation. Can this software automatically detect the best process to be used reducing the cycle time and increasing production?

FlexSim is often used to optimize a process. The usual workflow is to parameterize a model, meaning you create a set of possible changes. This could include the number of employees present, the location of equipment, or even which possible logic path to take. You can then use the Experimenter (either an experiment or an optimization) to find the best combination of parameter values. If you are looking for an automatic search, consider using the Optimizer.
