Flow rate of Fluid conveyor

Hi Support,

I am trying to simulate a conveyor which transfers coal. The requirement is such that the conveyor moves 900 tonnes of coal in an hour. And the length of the conveyor is around 320 meters. Per my knowledge, the conveyor speed is in the unit of (distance/time). So I am unable to configure the conveyor in such a way that it moves conveyor at the aforementioned rate.

Hello anonymous user, Have you considered a mass flow conveyor? You will need to calculate the density of your flow I believe.

Please read through the manual on the mass flow conveyor. It goes in depth of how the math works for the conveyor.
