Docking window getting closed while resetting model?

Hi Team,

I observed in my model, all docking window getting disappeared most of the time while resetting model.

I also observed that if any changes made in model (adding/changing labels on objects) they are not retaining after reset. I have to change it again.

Is there any reason for it?
