Hello @Adyasha K2,
I set the rack output to do not release.
I then used a Date Time Source and created basically the same table that you have as your global table.
Then I use a Find Item Activity and Move Object.
As per the suggested idea, we are able to generate specific no. of items in the required time interval at the queue. However, materials from the rack are staying as it is. I want the same logic to be put in the rack. Also please assign 3 different labels on the items & pull one particular label on one day. Kindly help us. Also requesting to share the model please.
What I created for you was to pull items from the rack but it can easily be applied to create items like you have done. I am just confused by your request of pulling items from the rack. Do the labeled items still have to be pulled with the schedule you mentioned or is that only for arrivals?
Hi,
Please find the model named "3.0 Proposed Export Packing Model_1" uploaded in FlexSim's file share site. This project is to validate whether my plant can dispatch the no.s shared in the Global Table (1 month dispatch plan). You can see items are coming to the rack. Now from this rack we want to pull out the items as per Global Table. After pulling the required no.s, remaining will be the inventory.
Please help us out on how to pull the items from these 5 racks.
