Process Flow list counter

hello what is the code to get the the current content of the Process flow List. This list is not connected to any global list. I want to stror it in another Tracked variable called Counter. as soon as the content change in the list I was to record the current content of the list into a Tracked Variable.

Please let me know how I can do it. Or if there a better way to do this.
