Looking for an MES or equivalent platform (with API) plus an integrated SPC/Analytics software package to capture & record cycle times across all of our machining, fabrication, assembly, and coating operations in real time. Objectives: 1) establish the statistical distribution of cycle times for each workcenter to input into FlexSim; 2) using control charts, raise an alarm (text message) when a workcenter's cycle time is out of control.
