Using Statistics Collector to get token StayTime

Hello,

My question is that I simulated a warehouse system by a process flow (in the same way as the Demo 2019 model), and I want to know the average time of each process (Reception and storage, order preparation, shipping) in order to evaluate the performances (it's my graduation project), I know that it is possible to do it with the tool "statistics collector" by following the time of entry and exit of the tokens, but I don't know how to realize it, I followed the tutorials and I didn't arrive to a clear result, to better explain what I want to do, the following image is the case (I took this image from an example of an article in FlexSim docs "Overview of Advanced Data Gathering")

Hi @Nour B3 ,
You could use Milestones to record the times between parts of your Process Flow. This video from the YouTube Channel can show you how to use it. Despite it is shown for HC, you can easily replicate it in your logic.
