@Henry Paipa, from which version have you done the upgrade? If it had been a version valid for Windows7, there had been in issue with C++ redistributable. https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/35843/html-control-could-not-be-initialized-windows-erro-1.html
Hi, @Joerg Vogel thank you for your contribution. I tell you, the installation was performed on Windows 10 with 64 bits. It was solved by uninstalling previous versions that were installed on the server. However, now a new problem arises with the display of 3D graphics.
The solutions to common graphic compatibility problems were executed and performed, where no solution to the problem was achieved. Ultimately, we are going to perform Microsoft Visual Studio and graphics card driver updates to see what can be fixed. Thak you so much!
