ExpertFit not installed correctly

Hello, a user has problems with ExperFit not function correctly. He has been reinstalling FlexSim several times and also run the following bat (using the correct version route):

@Jorge Toucet en mi experiencia, cuando este comando no funciona es porque no se abre el cmd como administrador. También he tenido esta situación con muchos clientes y en el momento que realizo el soporte directamente teniendo en cuenta ese detalle se soluciona el problema.
