What is wrong with my expert fit?

When I press on expertfit in the statistics menu I get a warning message: "An unsupported operation was attempted", see expertfiterror.png . How can I make expertfit work?

We've had a few people email us in the past with the same issue in previous versions of FlexSim, and the solution has been to uninstall and reinstall FlexSim.
