AGV ControPoint cannot be created on a curved path

Hi. When I created the AGV path in Plane, I was unable to properly place the ControlPoint on the curved path. I wanted to move multiple devices in the vertical plane. I could not create curved paths in the vertical space, so I created AGV paths in the plane and I could rotate the plane to achieve a similar effect.

Can you give me some suggestions or help me solve the ControlPoint placement problem? I'm very grateful for that.

Hi @shaon S,

One way to get around this problem is by creating your agv path on the ground, and then bring it by putting a plane underneath the path, selecting the plane and all of the agv paths, and then moving it to your desired height. Although the control points I tried to add directly to the agv path were created underneath the path, I was then able to move them to the same level as the path and they connected properly. I have added an example model to show how this works. It also works the same if you raise the height of each path on their own, but this took a lot more time than just using a plane.

Thank you for your comments. I may not have been clear about what I wanted to achieve. As shown in the video I uploaded, I need to rotate the AGV path 90 degrees along the X-axis, not just raise the AGV path's Z-axis.

But using this method,I was unable to properly place the ControlPoint on the curved path.

This seems to be a bug and I will be passing it along to our dev team. It looks like only straight agv paths will allow control points to be placed in a vertical orientation. A work around for now would be to add a small straight agv path at the location where you need the control point to be placed on the curved path. I have included a photo showing what this looks like.
